The once-a-year reset — skirtings, behind appliances, limescale, window sills, inside cupboards and doors.

Lucy Hands started with one person, one bucket and a fairly stubborn view that a clean should be done properly or not at all. We've grown since — and that view hasn't shifted an inch.
How it works
Fill in the form or drop us a message. Rooms, rough size, and how often you'd like us — that's all we need to price it.
You'll have a written price back the same working day. No call-out fees, no vague hourly guesswork.
Keys, codes or key safe — whatever suits. You come home to a house that smells like it's been looked after.
The hard jobs
Built-up grease, hard-water scale, tenancy end-of-lease mess, post-builders dust. The jobs other people quote high just to talk you out of — those are the ones we actually enjoy.

Good to know
Not at all. Most of our regulars leave a key with us or fit a key safe. Everything is logged, and keys are tagged by code rather than address.
Yes — cloths, eco-certified products and a hoover come with us as standard. If you'd rather we used your own products, just leave them out and let us know.
We're based in Wrexham and cover the surrounding areas with no travel costs. If you're further out, ask anyway — if we're already working nearby that day we can usually make it work.
Bank transfer or card after each visit, or a monthly invoice for regular customers and business accounts. No deposit needed for a first clean.
Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge at all. Life happens — we'd rather rebook you than fine you.
